I enjoyed this although I feel not as much as I'd hoped I would. We watched it in a group of five and I scored the lowest of the five (still a very good score). It is a great movie, there is no doubt about that, but I prefer Planet Of The Apes and The Boys From Brazil if we're to stick with the director, and for escape movies I prefer Shawshank or Le Trou. I just never really engaged with either of the two characters too much I guess...
I've never seen it. Is that the highest rated film so far?
ReplyDeleteMe 8, Mary 10, Aindriu 10, Ross 10, Ger 8.5, Don't know if it's highest but definitely one of them anyways, although I don't know where Ross's score is coming from, he spent most of the movie on facebook on his phone...
ReplyDeleteMary and Ross both give 10's and yet can't remember one of the two main characters names, and Mary thought it took place in Africa?!?!? I have to call into question these scores... :)
